Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

Let’s carry on recovering from 2015 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 화이팅하자고요~ ㅋㅋ.

So it’s foot-recovery and crazy-exam-studying time. 😮 재밌지 뭐 ㅋ.

べんきょうします。한자 외우기가 엄청 힘든데 일본어가 재미있어!^^

My best 9 ㅋㅋㅋ.

별에서 온 그대 등 You from the Stars etc

Recently, I’ve rewatched some of You from the Stars with Korean subtitles and it was such a good drama. Ah, memories. I had my second ankle/foot surgery on Wednesday so I couldn’t concentrate much on studying for my exams (got 3 in January… who knows where… I should check where they are soon). And seeing the scenes at the Hakrim cafe in Hyehwa made me so nostaligic. I’ve only been there once – finally, we just had to go haha – after finish a questionaire with my classmate. It was pretty cool. It was boring as a cafe itself – as in the drinks etc. But the interior and atmosphere was nice.  I should taken some proper photos but I guess I was just too shy/awkward to… We needed to work on our questionaire anyway. But yeah – that area is just… very nostalgic… I miss Hyehwa ㅜㅜ. Spent so much time there after all.

Me preparing our questionaire powerpoint ㅋㅋ:

I’m feeling a bit better now so I’m revising Japanese right now. Though I’m anxious about how they’ll take the stitches out… the last time that happened, I wasn’t given any pain medication/anesthesia and it was pretty horrendous. So right now, I’m just doing a bit of revison, some drawing and worrying haha…

First post… again.

So this is the first post of this blog! Again. I’d given up on this blog writing thing pretty early on using the excuse of being busy etc etc but I think now that if I try a bit harder on on this haha it’ll eventually work out. I’ve never been a diary person so writing a blog is very… odd(?) for me. My year abroad in Korea didn’t end well and so my motivation for Korean has gone up and down what with this emotional rollercoaster that comes with dealing with a broken ankle/foot and bad memories. But I really do want to continue with Korean and take the TOPIK exam. And I do have alot of good memories of my time there.

I’ve also started learning Japanese so I want to take the JPLT exam some day too. So all the more reasons for starting up this blog, right? Here’s to my langauge etc blog version 3.
